THis months sugar bowl entry - Hamish
Here is Hamish using Erika's sketch (well kind of !!) with distress inks and scrunched up paper. I used distress ink to colour most of him and paper pieced his kilt. He is kind of FUN !!! He will be my entry into this weeks Sugar bowl challenge over on the Sugar Bowl blog!!!
Windswept but Beautiful
Here is windswept from Sugar Nellies. I was in the middle of 3 nasty nightshifts when I made her so her colouring is pretty poor but I keep practicing.. I am loving making these flowers and can recommend the Paper Bouquet Book for those of you who might like a dabble in paper punching. The flowers are time consuming but I love them ...... Top tip... place all the things you might like for crafting on your universal Amazon wishlist and hope husband spots them just before your birthday. My husband did a good job :):)anyway nightshifts done for another week and I have promised myself an afternoon of blog hopping which I NEVER have time for ..... sofa, coffee and laptop is all I need ...... Happy crafting :)

Some Summer Craft Fayre Prep !!
Here are my latest additions. As you can see I also like to bead. Unfortunately nightshifts are eating up my life and not only restrict my crafting time but also the time I have to write on and look at the blogging world. I'm afraid I'm not so good at writing about my creations, but if you are curious about any of my stamps or backing papers then let me know and I'll pass on what I used.
Thanks for looking
Gillian
